My deepest condolences to the family. I worked with Dennis for a few years on the F-35 fighter program. The obituary that he drafted is right on the mark: He was a super talented engineer with a bright future ahead; but more importantly, he was an example to us all for his strength, his love of family, friends, and co-workers. He was indeed an inspiration. I do regret so deeply that I did not have a chance to see him again after I departed Lockheed Martin in 2012. May the Lord bless him with great rewards in heaven. We will miss you Dennis. Your friend for eternity. Erasmo Pinero Jr. Fort Worth, TX

Dennis was the first true friend to welcome me to the neighborhood when my family moved to Florissant, Missouri in 1974. I recognized his talent for science and engineering immediately when he won first place in the science fair at Sacred Heart grade school. We became best friends, and although we drifted apart since we attended different high schools, I chose him as the best man in my wedding because of our great friendship. It was a vey pleasant surprise reconnecting through social media over our love of Cardinals baseball, classic cars, or music. He was a great friend, and will never be forgotten.

Stacy, Eva Marie, Conor and Chloe wanted to pass along to all of you just how highly I thought of Dennis. He was one of the hardest workers I have ever known. His unrelenting focus on do what was right for our customer was his trademark. It was my distinct honor to have work with Dennis

I may not have known him and only met him once but I know uncle Dennis was a great man, father, brother, son, and uncle. He was a great person and I’m thankful for the positive impact he had on our family. Fly high with Jets now Uncle Dennis, you will be missed.
