Our beloved momma Teresa Strickler, 66 passed away in her home on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. She was born in Marietta, Ohio to William and Ruth Strickler. She was welcomed home by her big brother William (Bill) and big sister Joyce. She graduated from Marietta High School in 1973. She spent the majority of her life being a travel agent and took advantage of all the perks and traveled to Australia, Hawaii, Germany, Paris, Caribbean Islands, Cancun, Cozumel, Canada, and the majority of the United States.
Teresa was very passionate about her kids, her grandkids, friends, traveling, horses, nature, and dancing. Everyone that knew her knew that she could captivate any room with her smile, infectious laugh, aura, and personality. She was very outspoken but spoke from the heart, she was a very kind and loving woman to all who crossed her path.
Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ruth Strickler, her brother William (Bill) Strickler, and her husband Randy Speck.
Teresa leaves behind to cherish her memory: her daughters Shana Arterburn and Tara McCrory, her son in laws Shawn Arterburn and Michael May. Her amazing grandchildren: Jayda Gregg, Caleb Gregg, Brett Young, Shailee McCrory, Braighton McCrory, and Bexlee May. Her sister and brother-in-law Joyce and Ken Pedrick and her nephews Scott and Brian Pedrick niece Michelle Quattrone, Her sister in law Beverly Strickler, and nephews William (Billy) and Shawn Strickler. Her lifelong friend Deb Scott Barbara and Chris English…
There will be a celebration of life in lieu of a memorial service. She requested that we celebrate her life the way she lived life…to the fullest.

Teresa and a shared a birthday, along with another classmate, Randy. The three of us were birthday buddies all through school and we lost him recently as well. Teresa always lit up the room with her smile and happy personality. The world is a sadder place without her in it. RIP my friend.
