Benjamin Franklin Satterfield was born September 10, 1946 and passed away at his home on Wednesday; February 10, 2021. Benny’s family was his most treasured gift.
He worked for and retired from Briggs-Weaver out of Fort Worth, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Satterfield, Sr. and Georgia Headrick and by his beautiful, loving wife of 49 years, Juanita Satterfield. The family knows the reunion of these soulmates definitely was a huge celebration in heaven.
Benny is survived by his two children, James Kelly (Kathy) Satterfield, and Penny (Gary Young) Satterfield; Six amazing grandchildren, Blair Satterfield, Caleb (Jamie) Satterfield, Amber (Justin) Richards, Austin (Amanda Miller) Marsh, Judy Lovelis, and Cory Lovelis and six beautiful great-grandchildren, Eryn Nicole, Nickolus Alan, Daytyn Adelyne, Charlie Juanita, Max Emery, and Jude Benjamin; a brother, Michael Satterfield; sisters, Vicki Satterfield, Alice Flint and Marilyn Pomeroy; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
Viewing and visitation will be Friday, February 19th at Wiley’s Funeral Home in Granbury 12 pm – 2 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 19th at 2:00 pm in Wiley’s Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service and burial will follow at Holly Hills Memorial Park.
