Alexander, better known as Alex, was the son of Christopher and Dana Hemphill and brother to Tiffany Anderson and Kaitlyn Hemphill. He was born in Fort Worth, Texas on October 2, 1990. He was a Financial Manager at Granbury Nissan.
Alex lived life large always. His life was full of laughter and childlike joy in everything he did. His laugh was as infectious as his personality and no one could be in a room with Alex and not feel his energy and love for life. Alex accomplished so many amazing things during his journey in this world. He traveled all over the United States in his careers and left an impression with everyone he met. He loved the water, the sun and all the gifts of the earth. Alex takes with him an unwavering faith and will continue his good works forever.
He loved guns, fishing, fast cars, watches and hats just like his dad Chris. Ask Alex about any movie or comic routine ever made, he could quote the funniest line from it and execute it perfectly and all present would laugh until they cried. What a gift he had for that. Surely he is making someone laugh somewhere, right now. That is what we will all miss the most. His laugh was the best. We will miss his joy, his love and his heart that was so pure and unaffected by all of life’s challenges. Alex loved everyone and we loved him. He left such an impression on every life he touched. All people blessed enough to have met him are forever changed because of him.
Go well Alex. We will all catch up to you soon. Keep them laughing until we get there.
Alex was preceded in death by his grandparents Alexander Hemphill and Shirley West of California and Danny and LaNelle (LaLa) Wolfe of Texas.
